- Roku is in hot water over its new forced arbitration policy which users must accept to continue using their devices, as well as a data breach exposing 15,000 user accounts.
- This week the FCC approved new rules that force cable companies to disclose the true price of TV service. Now things like the broadcast TV fee, which can jack up the price of packages by more than $20 for access to channels you can watch free with a TV antenna, will have to be fully disclosed in advertising.
