And starting today, our customer service will be even better thanks to extended hours, live chat and a revamped Support Portal.

New Extended Tablo Customer Service Hours
You can now reach Tablo’s Customer Service team live 7 days a week, 18 hours a day.
Our new hours are 8:30 a.m. – 2:30 a.m. ET (or 5:30 a.m. – 11:30 p.m. PT), every day including holidays.
Now, if you have a question about your Tablo when you’re watching your favorite primetime show or need help setting up your new device on the weekend, we’ll be here to take your call.

Longer hours also mean we can reply to your email inquiries much faster than ever before.
To offer these new hours, we have expanded our team to include 3rd party support partners trained by our current team to ensure they provide the same level of service our customers know and love.
But that doesn’t mean our current in-house team is going anywhere. They’ll still be here to provide front-line support, as well as handle more complex customer support issues.
New Live Chat Support
If you prefer to type instead of call, but still need an answer quickly, give our new chat feature a whirl!
Simply click the chat prompt in the bottom right-hand corner of many pages on the Tablo website including beta-us.tablotv.com/support and select one of the topic prompts, or type your question in.
Tablo’s chatbot, which we’ve dubbed Jeeves, will serve up the answer to your question from the Support Portal.
If Jeeves can’t find the answer you need, you’ll be connected to a live agent for personalized chat-based support during our new expanded hours.
Revamped Support Portal
We’ve also updated our Support Portal to make finding answers to your questions even easier.
On the home page, you’ll see a search bar and support article categories like setup, features and troubleshooting.
There are also links to some of our most popular articles, help videos and ways to get in touch with us.
We’ve also made the text of articles easier to read with larger, darker fonts and more skimmable headings and provide handy links to related and recently viewed articles at the bottom.
