If you like digging around on your own, try our knowledge base. Here you can look up articles new and old that may help you troubleshoot your Tablo issue. It’s a great way to learn about Tablo DVRs, TV antenna connections, Wi-Fi troubleshooting a many other facinating topics.

If you want help from Tablo super users, look no further than our community forums. There, an active user base shares tips, tricks and lore on the innerworkings of the Tablo DVR.

If you need one-on-one support there’s no better place than with our technical support team.
The easiest way to reach out to them is via the submit a request link in the upper righthand corner of our Support Page.
When using this method to reach our support team, please provide the following:
- Clearly and concisely, explain exactly the problem you’re seeing, what Tablo model you’re using, what streaming device/app you’re using and what firmware version your Tablo is running.
- Make sure to include your MAC address which can be found on the bottom of your Tablo unit and will start with the digits 5087. This will speed up the troubleshooting process immensely.
This form enables you to attach images and/or video which may be very helpful for the team as they work to diagnose your problem.
After submitting such, you’ll receive a confirmation email to verify that you’re in our queue.
Please avoid sending follow-up emails. Our queue works on a first-in, first-out basis. If you reach out to us again before we can reach you, unfortunately, your ticket will be placed in the back of the queue.
